@Righteous_Tresspasser
That's a good one :) Without changing the witdth in different browsers by changing margin: and padding:, you still indent the text. Thanks!

For code just use this:
< code > ... </ code >
< strong >, < em >, < blockquote > etc. are also supported.

Yeah you will lose the validation, but that's not exactly what I'm talking about ... you know now that IE and FF render padding differently and that could cause a lot of issues so I have the following suggestion to newbies:

Let's say you have the following:
this text should not touh the sides of this div and should be a little bit indented
so instead of using this CSS:

div#test{padding:5px;}

use this:

div#test{padding:0px;margin:0px;}
div#test p{padding:5px}

that way it'll still work in IE and FF and look exactly the same ...

//Do you have code tags in these comments??

@Righteous_Tresspasser,
Thanks for your comment and the link :D
I've never heard of box model tweaking and it looks very interesting to me.
I also found this article on Quirksmode about it:
http://www.quirksmode.org/css/box.html

But I wonder, is CSS code like this valid:

div.test {
-moz-box-sizing: border-box;
}

Edit: I tried it via direct input on the CSS validator and it's not valid. So you'll loose you're validated css that way... :(
